Product Overview
This internal printer mechanism is used in a compatible Mindray R3 ECG machine to produce waveform and report printouts while driving the recording paper through the printer path. The assembly includes the thermal printhead, drive motor, mechanical mounting frame, and attached flexible circuits visible in the photographs. The printer cover, paper tray, printer controller board, mainboard, and ECG machine are not included unless specifically confirmed.
Application and Ordering Notes
Before ordering, compare the original printer assembly’s part number, print width, frame shape, mounting points, motor position, flexible-circuit layout, contact count, and connector orientation with the photographs. Mindray R3 hardware revisions may use different printer mechanisms. Confirm whether the fault originates from the printhead, motor, driver board, power supply, or paper path before replacement. Allow the thermal head to cool before handling and avoid scratching or contaminating its heating surface.
