The unit carries a Maquet Critical Care AB label with reference number 6670680 and the description “O2 Sensor (Factory installed).” This sensor uses ultrasonic measurement technology. The Servo service documentation explains that oxygen concentration is calculated from the speed of sound through the air–oxygen mixture, with temperature compensation. For replacement enquiries, provide PanSW with the ventilator model, existing sensor label, and connector photographs. Confirm the supplied unit’s condition and testing status when requesting a quotation.
The ultrasonic sensor requires the appropriate inspiratory-pipe configuration and compatible system software. Do not assume a direct exchange with an electrochemical O2 cell. The SERVO-i service manual also states that this ultrasonic sensor type cannot be used with the Heliox option.
