This new original Mindray BIS module is designed to add or restore Bispectral Index monitoring capability in a compatible modular patient monitor. The product shown is a standalone BIS module with a dedicated purple BIS connector. It is different from an AG anesthesia-gas module with an integrated BIS connection. Mindray documents BIS as a supported measurement for its BeneVision N12, N15 and N17 systems and offers BIS parameter modules within its monitoring portfolio.
